Price Matching Black Friday Sales

I was wondering if stores like Walmart and Target did Price matching of black Friday sales from competitor's ads?

Target does not...but not sure about WalMart since every manager makes his/her own rule

• Items advertised as limited time/limited supply/limited quantity.
• Black Friday and Boxing Day ads (including adjusting prices for previously purchased items).
• Pricing or typographical errors.
