Xbox one points confusion

Bought the Xbox yesterday with my point because it's going way up in price this Saturday. So I got $170 off and got my 18500pts but didn't get my 22000points for buying the xbox one. It's was on sale last Saturday and Sunday but showed the rest of the week price. One cashier was sure that I would get my point so she called the head cashier who then went through all her shoppers notification and couldn't find any thing. Do you think I should have got my 22000pts?

Yes. I would give them a quick call. They are really fair with point issues like this and will probably add them to your account with no issues. There is nothing stating that the BP were only part of the Saturday and Sunday sale so you should be fine

it's on the page that is for saturday/sunday sales. they won't give it to you. that promo is if you buy it on the weekend.

Since it has a rest of week price, you could argue that the points should be valid all week
but they usually say you don't get points when you redeem, even though we all know you do

That's awsome... I really like my shoppers too, everyone is so Nice and helpful. They never question any coupons. They sometimes give me points when the shouldn't (24000 during the gift card promotion instead, ended up earning an extra 24000). Heck they even offer to load up my giftcard before my purchase, (But I don't allow that.. I always do it first before I Shop. *don't want to Pee off the customers in line*). They were also super helpful when they were willing to pull anything I wanted off the shelves, so I could walk in on Super Promo day and get exactly what i wanted. No fus no mus. The manager even pointed out the SALE bin full of Games where I found some excellently priced DS games for Little Mikey... He's going to be so Stoked.

Although I'm sure my sparkling personality doesn't hurt... Haha
