Canada Talk Now - Why is it so slow to pay???

Ive had a balance of $8.42 for the longest time now. I need that money to have enough to cash out. I emailed them a few time and have not received a response. I keep getting surveys and I keep doing them but Im not getting paid! Anyone else experience the same issue?

Yea, I don't like that site, every survey I do I don't qualify for so I only end up getting like 5 cents for it..and that's not gonna go far, hate that site, the survey's are very long, and at the end of it they tell me I don't qualify.. -_- like fu! there are so many better survey sites out there, this one I feel like is a waste of time.

They've been pretty quiet over the last few months. A couple years ago they seemed to be growing like crazy, but now, barely a peep. Not sure what happened....
