Have you tried Asian supermarkets for produce? We used to shop at Chinatown for fruit.

I'm pretty sure all Superstore and Walmart stores price match any stores in the area. I often price match fruit from a local flyer at Superstore since I get points there.
Stores that I'm pretty sure don't price match are: Safeway, SDM, IGA
Stores that do price match: Walmart, Superstore
Stores that may or may not (depends on the individual store it seems): Save on Foods, London Drugs, Canadian Tire

Target price matches local, and they except 1 MF coupon and 1 Target coupon for even greater savings.

I get one in the local paper, some I have to go into the store to get the flyer. As well, even if it is just an ad in the paper, you can take that in as long as it has the date on it. I don't have a cell phone but I'm pretty sure you can price match local sales advertised on the internet (best to check with your local store on how that's done, unless someone else knows since I don't).
