quickest way to empty email

Hi I have tooo many emails in my in box is there a quick way to delete them other than page by page ?

I do a search for emails from a certain source ie:Canadian Living,and check and delete all the results.These are always "junk" emails that I don't need to save after reading,but am really bad about ignoring until they pile up.

Mine wont search anymore there are too many emails

I suppose it depends upon which you use - mine lets me select bunches - so it will do 100, then another 100, then it goes down to 50 at a time.
