Rainchecks and personalized offers

So I had a raincheck for Enfamil and this week I got a 20x on enfamils. When I bought the product, it didnt credit me the points. Usually it does. Any suggestions??

Shoppers dont give points on rainchecks??

I just tried a coffee raincheck with a 8000 wus $30 email and my points did apply so I'm not sure what happened with you? I'd call Head Office to check

I didn't get my 20x on raincheck last month, but I sort of let it go.

I bought 6 box of Royale tissue using raincheck and didn't get the 20x points. I figured the cashier can only applied the coupon to 1 of the box. Which would not get point bc it's only 69 cents.

Did you buy more than 1 can / box of enfamil??

The personalized offer coupons' small print says something about the coupons cannot be combined with any other Shoppers Optimum promotion or offers. So you get the rainchecks but not the points.

No, I think something else was not quite right - I bought $27 of $30 for 8000 points today with a raincheck for coffee and got the points no problem.

Yeah I had a raincheck for the toothbrushes and still got my 18500
