I am planning to get out of debt this year, so I will be using a lot of "other money". I am putting all my found/extra earned money in a jar to save for my yearly trip to Ontario-rather than using credit cards. I switched over to 50% airmiles cash, and saving my aeroplan points for gas gift cards which is our biggest expense camping.

Just signed up for Snap and Checkout 51 this month, so hopefully that will save me lots of money! Did my shopping yesterday and already have $1.00 in my Snap account and $3.00 in Checkout 51.

Not sure if you heard but I won a car eeek so we decided to take out some savings and pay off the van the payments were to continue til sept. But with the increase in insurance we figured it would be worth it when it goes from $300-$475
We recently paid of the credit card do I am happy to report
    We are debt free
Oh my gosh it feels so good to say that. It was well over $18000 at one point. We just kept plugging away and its finally over

A good day for other money, used 20.00 in Air Miles at Metro and 50.00 in PC points at RCSS. So 7-.00 in groceries for zero OOP.

Received a Kelloggs $5 gas card today. It's really a prepaid visa card but you cannot make a purchase over the value of the card so I will buy another $5 GC with it.

I cashed in $80 in PC points yesterday. Now that I have a functioning kitchen again I needed a lot of staples like spices and oils and vinegars etc, so I went to superstore. Especially good since I made most of those points off of free items, like crest toothpaste and FPCs.

You can use it at SDM, their system allows to split payments so you can pay the difference if over $5.
