Regarding your local school board-have you been following local news about any issues with capacity for the FI program in your area? Also check your local school board's website for any program information/public sessions.
There's an information session on Jan. 15 for your public school board.

I'm not a parent but am aware of FI program issues in Hamilton. Usually if an older sibling is in the program, a new younger sibling usually can get into the same school but available seats are always limited. Then there is the matter of teachers/resources.
Hamilton district school board had an ad about its FI program registration. A second high school will provide the secondary FI program in East Hamilton. Currently only a west-end high school does. Each high school has catchment elementary schools assigned to it.Last edited by Ciel; Sat, Jan 10th, 2015 at 03:21 PM.
