No, I've never written a letter to myself but I do keep a journal filled with memories of what I've seen, done, felt, experienced and all that--helps me reflect and put my life in perspective.

No, haven't written a letter to myself. Would be interesting to see what I'd have written. lol. I have no idea what I'd put in one.
I've heard of classes doing that and thought it was neat!

We wrote a letter to ourselves in grade 6, and did a video recording then in grade 12 we sat around and opened them and watched the video... I was terrified to see what I had said on that video, but it turned out that I just talked about my pets on the farm...a lot... It was pretty fun to see, especially since some of the people had moved away there were about 20 of us in the class.
Our school was big on following grade 12's around with the video camera, so they gave each of us a DVD filled with memories and a recording of our graduation ceremony. It's pretty awesome to be able to look back on some of those memories with actual video of it. Except they always seemed to pick up the most embarrassing moments to follow us...

There is actually a website that allows you to send yourself an email to yourself in the future. You can either designate it as a private email (just you see it) or a public one, in which case, it might end up posted on the site.
FutureMe.org
I don't so much want to send a letter to my future self, but would dearly love to have received a letter from my older/future self when I was, say, 20 or 21. My life - if I'd heeded the the letter - would have turned out very differently.Unique items and great deals to be found on the Halifax Cat Rescue Society auction page.

That's exactly what my thoughts were, TNT....I would have had a LOT to say to my younger self!!! It would probably have turned into a book!

to answer, gonna borrow some lyrics from a tune
Another Turning Point,
A fork stuck in the road
Time grabs you by the wrist,
Directs you where to go
So make the best of this test,
And don't ask why
It's not a question,
But a lesson learned in time
It's something unpredictable
But in the end it's right
I hope you had the time of your life
So take the photographs,
And still frames in your mind
Hang them on a shelf,
In good health and good time
Tattoos of memories,
And dead skin on trial
For what it's worth,
It was worth all the while
It's something unpredictable
But in the end it's right
I hope you had the time of your life
Time of your Life
