I am not really one for taking naps. If I do it would have to be on the couch while watching television.

Not sure if it's because of age.... but I find myself napping at the office. Trying to stop... any suggestions.

Sometimes I take a nap on the couch. The worse place for a nap is a concrete floor lol. One time I had a little too much to drink in my younger days. I was staying at a relatives house and the bedroom was in the basement. I didn't make it their. In the morning, they found me curled up on the basement concrete floor, snoozing away. They were laughing. Surprisingly I didn't have a sore neck or back. Never again lol.

I don't usually nap day-to-day. However, if we are traveling anywhere, I will do whatever it takes to find a semi-comfortable way to curl up for a nap. Weirdest places I've napped... with my backpack as a pillow in the airport terminal hallway with 30 other students because there we no seats on a long layover... and on the school bus floor after our 7-day grade 11 canoe trip because everyone was too exhausted (and dirty) to care where we slept as long as we could stretch out. We all looked like crazy wild savages after that trip...

I don't nap either. I think it's due to my insomnia. If I was in a new environment, I'd be too alert to go to sleep. I can probably count on one hand the times I've napped.

woot! woot! Three big cheers for naps!
Anytime, anywhere! Catch up sleep, recharge the battery!! So that would be a yes for me.
I have planned naps, unexpected naps and naps that start out as naps but morph into sleep-a-thons. The t.v is the worst culprit, more effective than any chemical sleeping aid I can imagine taking. Naps refresh me, they also make me feel like I got away with something!! ( I know? weird because sleeping is not illegal right? )
