I dont know about the microsoft scam...but I do know sunsilk has a 'gang of girls' project quite popular in India...its like the 'Dove self esteem project' but targeted mostly at teens and such..so I would like to believe that it might be legitimate.
However, I dont think it is meant for our demographics.
Also the page seems to have been taken off pretty fast.
I have bought an android tablet, its cover+stand, textbooks from amazon using search and wins
