    The contest site has tiny print about the store codes-at participating retailers. Maybe some franchise owners told HQ they are not participating. Hope that helps those encountering the blank screens.

    I noticed that there are badges you can earn depending on what item in-store you buy.

    I'm at 124000 pts. Not sure I'll keep playing after this week. Seeking some instant wins...

    is anyone else having problems with the online game?
    when the rim rolls up, it's blank and then it doesn't give you the chance at the second roll up nor do you get the points.

    i've sent an email but no answer yet.

    Yes - same thing just happened to me. After a short while I received an error message (An error occurred. We're sorry something has gone wrong. Please try again later.) and was logged out.

    I immediately logged back in and the "cup" I was rolling was re-stated. I rolled successfully, got the second roll and I received the points. By successfully, I mean it functioned correctly - I didn't win anything but I did get the points.

    Seems they have recognized the issue and implemented a work around. Hopefully they credit you.

    I had this same error happen, but I have left the cup for the last 35min and it still hasn't errored out. I just closed the tab and opened a new one. I logged in and that cup was gone, without ever being able to properly play it. I was hoping the "fix" would have worked for me too.

    so also I discovered that when you are trying to get credit for the actual in store purchases that you make be aware that not all locations have the newer cash registers and if they have the old ones, then they cannot scan your Replay Purchase Card.
    For instance the Tim's across the street from Centenary Hospital ( Ellesmere/Neilson) in Scarb has old registers, try not to make any purchases there.

    i've made 2 in store purchases and in both cases the cashiers had no idea how to deal with the replay purchase card. i called the 1-888 number spoke to a rep who said that they would credit my account within 48 hrs.

    yes, I was also told that but mine is not credited as yet.....oh well, I will just be very sure I only buy from the stores that have the correct registers and have actually shown their cashiers how to do it.
