    I have not received the points in my account. But I also don't know when the last time was that I participated in an "update your profile" promo. It would be helpful to be able to see more than just six weeks of transactions in our accounts.

    ive started leaving the email that they send you when you do it in my email so i have record of when i did it. maybe you could check that way?

    ETA: I just checked and i didnt get the points yet.. the last one i did was back in october.

    We (hubby and me) didn't get the points either. I guess this promo was targeted to specific area that's why a lot of other people (like us) didn't get these points.

    you sould just send them a private message with your optimum card number and your contact info rather than posting on their wall saying you haven't received your points, because they will ask you to send them a message.

    ETA - I recieved a reply from shoppers drug mart via Facebook and they asked for my direct contact information, not sure what that means, will keep you updated
