Because of all the potential problems, promos etc I would rather keep the printed format or show the coupon from your phone. I'm not looking forward to loading them to my card. So many problems, prob won't be able to combine promos etc. Way too many problems and far too many phone calls to head office for missing points....Uggggg...I have a feeling this will not be good

I'm trying to be positive..but I would like the option of either using print outs or go on their site weekly and key in our optimum number..I'm a creature of habit, I've figured out how all the promotions, coupons, e-mails and discounts work best for me..I hope it doesn't change!!

I would definitely be calling head office..I was always told that if the coupons work then it's fine!! The only way I buy some products is because of the points..if they didn't give me the points I wouldn't have bought the product!! There is no way they should be allowed to go into your account and take points unless they put the points there by mistake...also, they should e-mail people first if they feel there's a discrepency!!

Ok - just called! Not near has bad as I was dreading! I had a 20x points coupon (9500 pts) that they were supposed to put on my account Feb 14, and they put them on Feb 5, and Feb 12... realized they doubled it, and took them off again Phew! I can't believe I didn't clue into that! I keep very close track!

ohh I will be glad if we load them to our card -no printer here -and I love the way p.c program works -no problems at my end -and I always only get 1 item anyway

I"m just going to take it as it comes. There's nothing I can do about it but adapt. Hopefully the new changes work out in our favour. But in the meantime, I'll just wait until they make the changes before I voice an opinion about it.

Always expect a few bumps in the road until they get it out and rolling and can figure out where they need to make adjustments. Patience goes a long way
