this is true but you'd be putting in 10 hours more per week for an extra $22.55 (or $2.255/hr) and they say time is money so i'd pick a - a bit less money but more time for other things

I was thinking the very same thing Purdee. I'd prefer 10 hours with my family / friends than the extra $22.

Obviously the above have answered the actual question, however, why is the question being asked? I ask that only because while others have pointed out that for the extra $22 you'd be making you'd also be putting in 10 more hours of work which could be focused elsewhere, such as family, hobby, etc. BUT, going from a job of 25 hrs to 35 hrs a week will also generally take you from part time hrs to full time hrs status and thus bump you into "full benefits" category at a job. Something also to consider other than "just" that extra $22 you're making.

If of course this is a question being asked for the purpose other than just mathematical purposes. Which I assume you could have calculated on your own? lol

If you make 28,000.00 a year (BEFORE deductions) and work 35 hours per week.... how much is that an hour?

a is the better job: You can get paid out an extra 4% rather than take vacation and work a laid back 25 hours a week and make the same money.
