I hear ya! I booked today offers with intentions of getting things done. I accomplished nothing. It think this weather has alot to do with it. Fb had spring bulbs on for. 99..so excited to bring in a little spring. They looked as crappy as I feel. Wouldn't have paid a nickel. Spring will eventually come...and we'll all feel better I hope.

March Break is NOT that far off ..with loonie at 80 cents , going South to a warmer weather is sure going to be expensive this break !
Most prices have been jacked up by 15 % - 20 % or so by most tour operators in CDN , as most of their airline & hotel bookings are calculated & paid in USD ..directly or indirectly.

it might sound counter productive but if you burn energy and exercise, the nest day you will have more energy than the day before

My daughter is in her 30s.. and has always been tired. She'd sleep 10 hours and have naps after work .. She eats well but that didn't seem to help. A few months ago, she did a ton of research and come up with a mixture of vitamins, about 14 a day. Its amazing.. she d oesn't nap or feel like having a nap at all.. She said its the first time in her life that she knew what being "normal tired" feels like, she loves it. Now she just sleeps 7-8 hours a day and if she gets less, she still feels good.

Please ask her what those vitamins are, for my sake! lol I am ALWAYS tired, since I had my surgery.. Doctor said I'm anemic, and that's why, but upping my iron has not helped in the least (also because if I up my iron intake too much, my bones suffer, and I have brittle bones *sigh*).

Sometimes you are Mentally tired , Sometimes you are Physically tired ...sometimes BOTH , that's the worst.
Lot of unnecessary Over Thinking , Over Analysing & Worrying & Anxiety leads to being mentally tired
First you have to find out if the issue is mental , psychological , emotional, stressed out,family/work problems or sentimentaletc or
If its physical , body, biological, thyroid, lack of vitamins, nutrients, supplements etc , proper diet, exercise, sunlight, unhealthy eating, sleeping habits, sedentary life style etc.

I emailed her.. this is her response...
she might not be able to do this if she is on a budget, though, these things get kinda pricey
she can try a multivitamin, but those did nothing for me!
I take vitamins a, b12, b6, c, d3, e, k
then calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron
I also take silica, apple cider vinegar capsules and garlic, but I don't think those have helped my energy levels, I take those for secondary reasons, so she probably doesn't need thoseBe sure to click like and post a brag if you get the deal.. Thanks everyone once again for the great advice! I am feeling much better. I have been just trying to take it easy and get some much needed rest. I think constantly being on the go is another issue with me. I am always doing something! So I am trying to just relax a bit more.

I know the feels! I actually started reading about lemon water for energy. Have you tried drinking warm lemon water in the morning? Also deep breathing each morning for 10 to 15 minutes is suppose to give a lot of energy.
Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.

Based on my experience, low iron level and or an underactive thyroid could be the reason for your tiredness. You may want to address this with your doctor.
