    These 2 Research Team leaders from Paula's Choice have these awesome videos on a variety of themes from hair care to skin care. (yup, but I promise, they are NOT trying to sell you their products)

    They answer viewer questions and address a variety of concerns and try really hard to educate people on what to look for in a variety of products to achieve the results you want for your particular skin type, hair type, etc.

    I love these vids and thought I would share. They are definitely produced by a skin care company, not going to try and deny that, but these guys are awesome at educating people about ingredients and recomending really good drug store products that are comparable to, sometimes better than, high end products.
