What are good survey companies and test markets?

Survey companies I have had some sort of success with are.

1-Pinecone...you need an invite or find a banner ad to join this one.
2-Opinion Outpost....easy pay through Paypal....no referral
3-Globaltestmarket....Has Paypal, Checks & other options...I could give you a referral but not required
4-Web Perspectives... has giftcards & are slow to credit for a ;lot of their surveys...................I could give you a referral but not required
5-Legerweb...pays by check but not a lot of surveys...........I could give you a referral but not required
6-Swagbucks... not a survey site per say buy surveys are a big part of them & they are my best paying site ...I average over $25 US per month...referral in my
signature if you choose to use it, but again not required
7-Survey Lion...they pay by check bi-monthly...I average around $20....I could give you a referral but not required
8-Gifthulk...similar to Swagbucks but does not pay as well... I get about $5-10 US a month.....I could give you a referral but not required
9-Angus Reid...Need $50 to cash out & they now use Paylution, takes awhile to reach cash-out stage. I had a great paying (over $200)online focus group through them last year....I could give you a referral but not required
10- Ipos...surveys do not pa a lot for your time but they do pay.
