    What are some of your favorites? I just got a load of them and been pigging out haha I have a bit of everything but almonds and cashews are my favorites

    I love snacking on walnuts! I buy the large bag no name brand at maxi, keep them in the freezer and snack on cold walnuts.

    My grandparents used to do this. I will have to try it. I never had them cold but I do love them in ice cream :D

    I love all nuts and seeds except pecans unless they are in a tart or chocolate. I especially love pistachios and sunflower seeds in the shell.

    Don't forget the not so common seeds like chia and flax- they go great in smoothies! And if you're not a big fan you can always grind them up. They have some essential vitamins that you won't get from fruits, etc. Enjoy!

    i LOVE roasted peanuts(no oil) and raw almonds! so good! chia seeds are nice too
