QotD: 20 Mar 2015: The Library

I love the library! But there are enough books on my own shelf to last me a very long time! I love amazon because they have low prices (made lower by swagbucks) and I can find all the obscure books I like that I can't find anywhere else.

I was just at the library on Thursday. I picked up more books on CD. I listen to them when I commute out of town while substitute teaching, or when I go on a road trip by myself. On occasion I borrow a few books for our LO, but he has a pretty good collection at home that he is happy to have us read to him. We took LO to the free baby program, but I haven't been able to take him to the toddler time program because of my work schedule. I don't have an e-reader and we don't use the tablet that I won from 7-Eleven in the summer of 2012.

I buy most of the books I read from discount book stores. Once in awhile my daughter and I take my grandson to the library because they have a good selection of children's stuff.

I read voraciously, always have - but real books.
I have a tablet, just haven't gotten into trying e-books yet, though. (lazy, much?)

Haven't gotten back into using the library, though, since we moved last year. I usually need someone with me to haul the 30 or so books I take out at once.

I will surf the internet when i wanna find some information, but if i want to read a whole book i will go to library or buy it online.
