My feet are always ice blocks. I either get the dogs to lay on them, or I do this... poor DH

ditto! ^^^ BUT just my toes feel cold to me all the time, ( not the whole foot ) which is why I have many snuggly warm socks and a few pairs of slippers

Not true! I have, amazingly, not lost a newborn, infant, or toddler sock yet. I've temporarily lost track of them, but they always turn up within a day or two. The secret is sticking them inside each other. I thought you knew?!
Now that I've said that, I will lose them all in the next load.
My hands and feet are always clammy, but I have poor circulation. I mean to work on that next month as exercise is the only thing that helps. Thursday is nice, so I think I may go for a walk! My lazy bones are complaining already!Last edited by sweet sparrow; Tue, Mar 31st, 2015 at 10:58 AM.

I've never experienced cold, clammy hands or feet. There usually normal to warm.

I constantly suffer from my girlfriends chronic, constant cold hand issue, it doesn't affect her in the slightest though :p

I get cold hands and feet when I'm under extreme stress. A soak in hot water helps somewhat.
