Mia, I'm sorry for your Mom's failing health, but you can only do what you and your body are capable of doing; never feel that's not enough! I had regrets when I was looking after my Mom at our home and finally in the nursing home, but as time passed I realized that I couldn't do any more than I was capable of doing, and that she'd never want me to feel that it wasn't enough.

You're a good daughter: remember that. Look after your own health, get your rest, eat well and do what you and your body are capable of doing. That's all that matters, Hon.
