Well the deed is done.
I removed most of my content; pictures, recipes, links, etc.
Perhaps one day SC will finally realize they need their members.
Without members, they have no content and no value.

It would seem SC has finally fixed some of the bugs here.
I can actually sign on without going through hoops and even use my phone again.

Had a great mixed grill on Sunday, but I forgot to take pictures.
It was a protein overload, even the salad had a pound of bacon in it!
Here is a nice piece of Prime Rib from Peter's in Markham.
24 Ounces $57
Pricey for the 'burbs, but excellent.

Mexican Night:
This winter I discovered pan roasted frozen corn. I use a dry cast iron skillet, get it very hot and just add the corn.
When it starts to burn and pop, give it a flip and brown it up some more. So sweat and nutty. I like grilled corn on the cob, but this is sooooo easy!
Great for this salad recipe below or finish it with some butter and eat it straight up!

Slow cooking some split side ribs
I used the Smokin' Stampede again and a bottle of beer.
