Recently I needed to get some medical equipment and went to Shoppers Home Health. Later while I was in a regular Shoppers Drug Mart I noticed the prices were lower! Unfortunately I didn't keep the packaging, otherwise I would have returned everything.
For example: crutches $42.95 at SHH versus $29.95 at SDM
Female Urinal jug $14.95 at SHH versus $7.95 at SDM
Also their rentals are much more expensive than the Red Cross and other local pharmacies.
Please check prices before going to Shoppers Home Health. I was quite surprised that Shoppers Drug Mart would be cheaper on some of the items that their own Home Health carries. This thread is currently associated with: Pharmaprix, Shoppers Drug MartLast edited by barbis9; Fri, Apr 24th, 2015 at 01:26 PM.

I realized that SHH does not have all the high volume consumable merchandise that the regular Shoppers does, so likely the prices at SHH is closer to if not market prices. But when I popped into a store last fall, the store sign at SHH did mention that it now gives Optimum points (long time coming). So there is a bit of an offset in the higher pricing.
