Your garden is a few weeks ahead of mine. We've been harvesting lettuce, herbs and green onions so far. Our peas are almost ready to pick (sugar snap and sweet peas).

The beans have been flowering like crazy and I just noticed little baby beans now. Those will be the next to harvest after the peas.

There's also little peppers and tomatoes growing. Not sure how long for those to grow.... But the cukes and zucchinis are just flowering now so they'll be another few weeks I think.

I've put them in a Foodsaver container to marinate awhile, then I'm going to brown them in my Instant Pot and pressure cook, see how well that works out!

For the past week or so we've been harvesting regular peas, sugar snap peas, green and yellow beans. I now have my first zucchini that is almost big enough to eat. The lettuce is still continuously being harvested as well as basil.

Our green onions have all been pulled and eaten and we actually had to buy some on the wknd (gasp!) That wasn't planned very well lol. Next year we'll do succession planting for onions so we don't run out.

Since we're out of onions we planted the rest of the onion bulbs we had and also a row of onion seeds for a fall harvest. The only plants that bolted so far are the spinach and cilantro (that was at the beginning of July). I'm thinking of planting some more spinach for a fall harvest since I didn't get much in the spring/summer before it bolted. I'm thinking that since it's so hot I may have to start the seeds indoors and transplant them later in August if it starts to cool down.

Anyone else already planning a fall garden?

For us, green beans, basil, zucchini, kale, peas, beet greens, sage, summer savoury, broccoli, and a little cauliflower is what we're harvesting. The rest (dry beans, tomatoes, potatoes, cabbage, carrots, beets, eggplant) will take a while longer!

I have not been watering the cukes daily so the leaves have mostly turned yellow. When tiny cukes form, they look in proportion but I'm noticing odd shaped cukes that are large fuse shaped at one end while the other end is tiny pointy. I have been harvesting the odd ones hoping that the next cukes will grow at both ends at the same time.

Green leaf lettuce is growing. I have not harvested much of the mixed lettuce but it looks ready soon for third cutting then ignoring. Leeks-only a few are thriving nicely while others look dehydrated though I have been watering them before the weekend to give them notice to keep growing.
The canteloupe plant-it has 5 cookie sized leaves but they are under the shade of a fruit tree. Not certain I will see a fruit before October at this rate!

Im harvesting kale, acorn squash, zuchinni, green and yellow beans, snow peas, and we just started our tomatoes. Also pulled up all my purple carrots and fond them mutated. I think my soil under is too hard (clay based) so they spread instead of growing straight. This my first year growing vegetables and I'm so impressed at how much better they taste than the grocery store ones.
