No I don't need 100+ ways, but I am trying to find some new ways to eat them. I have gotten bored with the standard fried, mashed, and baked. Share some great recipes that take potatoes to the next level! I will try any I never had before

Sorry. Almost any time someone says potato, my mind immediately says this.

Anyway, I'd suggest playing with variations, like cheesy mashed, mashed with garlic and rosemary etc. I'm a big fan of using leftover mashed to make fried potato pancakes. I like shredded hashbrowns as well, which can also be used to make latkes. Potato leek soup is a good choice too and a nice creamy potato bacon soup. Potato chips, homefries/potato wedges, potato bites (filled with cheese), potato skins, roast potatoes, potato, spinach and bacon frittata. Use potatoes to make cottage pie. You can also make gnocchi.

Now I want potatoes. I have recipes for pretty much all of these at home, so if you're interested, let me know and I can pull them for you.
