Thread: No birthday love from Shoppers...again!

    UPDATE: So this morning I get an email from SDM happy birthday...4000 points when I buy anything! Yahoo. Better late than never...I hope everyone else gets this!

    Anxiously waited till this morning to load my shoppers optimum offers this morning as today is my birthday ( and big birthday starting with a 5 at that) again no love from shoppers for my birthday. 2nd year in a row. very bummed! always reading about everyone getting 4000 points or 8000 points even redeem and get points offer. zip zero zilch again! Shoppers wheres the love? I am a good customer, play by the rules, buy 5 perscriptions a month, buy lots. Disappointed!

    happy birthday!

    I think this may be the new normal. Was my birthday last Saturday, and I also didn't get a birthday offer. Several others with birthdays last week said they didn't get anything either. I didn't see anyone say they got one last week. Maybe linked to move to loadable offers?
