So I just left shoppers and I had one offer for 8000 points WUS $30.00 on food and 20x points WUS $75. I had them loaded on my card, along with a few others (points for buying a product).

Am I going to get points for both of these?

It is showing on my receipt that 5 promotional coupons went through and there was also a coupon number (18995). How do I tell which ones went through? I try to log onto shoppers website and it shows my loaded and redeemed coupons but it doesn't show coupon ID's. The two coupons I am curious about are suppose to show up in 5 days.

No, if you spent the $75 you will receive 20x. Two different offers with spending thresholds will no longer combine.

They will probably both show as used. You have to be careful what you load on your card now because in this case the food offer probably won't credit, and now it will show that you have used it.

Does the system take the coupon/accept the personalized offer but then doesn't credit points b/c another offer was accepted over the first one? (in the same transaction?)

Yes. The new rule is that only one spending threshold coupon will apply. So in this case, the 8000 would not be credited, so if you are spending the $75, but you want to make sure you still have the 8000 offer to use separately then make sure that one is not loaded when you do your $75 shop, then you can still use it in another transaction.

Okay thanks that's a bummer. I don't think they should remove the coupon then because it's good for the whole week

As I mentioned in another thread. I made a purchase worth 1080 base points on the 18500 pts added right away when you spent over $75. ( no upload straight up Sat Sun promo) and the system redeemed my 8000 pts for $ 30 on snacks and foods.

Some said I would get it, some not. Yesterday Shoppers added the 8000.

Technically 2 promos but worked even though I didn't go in the store with thinking I would get it.

I wonder if you got the 8000 pts because you spent over $105 ($75 + $30). so you met the conditions of both offers.

I am with you on this one. Had it been a 20x wus $75/$50 promo day she/he wouldn't have gotten those 8000 pts, in my opinion.
But i am waiting for momi's update on her shopping trip. She said Thursday is her 5th day since she has shopped and redeemed 2 big coupons in one shop. Will get to know some insights about this one.

I redeemed 2 coupons last Friday .....3000 WUB $10 food and snacks, and 12000 with any $50 purchase, my base points were 600, both the coupons were loaded and went through automatically. Yesterday I received only 3000 from the first promo, while I expected to get only 12000 from the second promo, wondering whether to call customer service.
