    As many times as I update my profile, SDM still will not email me any deals. Now i'm missing out on 20x the points... everything!! Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do??

    This has happened to me, too - and I tried several times. A few weeks ago, though, I got some coupons in the mail.
    Otherwise, just using the online coupons now.

    SDM has gone digital with offers as of a few weeks ago. Have you logged into your Optimum account to see if you have digital offers you can load to your card?

    Have you tried login to your account and see if you can load personal coupons on to your card...maybe since they've updated to that you will have coupons now, since there's no longer printable deals

    Actually... I thought I'd call and give it a shot! She quickly looked up my account and said that 2 emails were returned back to them (back in July... not sure what year! haha). She told me to check t he 'junk' folders and it should be fine in 7 - 10 business days. I just hate to be missing out on all the deals!!! Thanks for all your input!

    i use to have the same problem until sdm switch over to the new loading format. I had call multi times and was told that it was random not everyone will get email coupon. now that its loadable been getting coupon.
