pretty much, yes (they're online codes again this year). I managed to find the same deal last year, which is pretty decent in my opinion.

Make sure you buy the ones with the PIN on them..some old pouches don't have them & are mixed with the new.

I saw them in Metro for $ 3.49 & Sobeys for $ 3.29 ..too expensive

when you are at a theatre, check the floor on your way out....many patrons toss the bags out as they don't even know there is a promo attached to them. I have never participated in this particular offer just because the bags of candy are tough to find cheap and you need 8 of them. Thanks for posting though OP!!

Went to the movies last night... Bought 1 bag in the combo with a giftcard, collected 7 more bags from the theatre floor after the movie let out! Woo two free movies!

I'm pretty sure you can use them for almost any movie, you do the purchase online and I don't think there's any restrictions for this promo (someone please correct me if I'm wrong)

Yes you can.
Just a PDF ticket with a bar code on it gets printed. The person at the entrance just scans the bar code, he has no clue and doesn't care, whether the ticket is free or not. I have seen lot of NEW movies in the first week or so, with free codes from Coke , Virgin Mobile , General Mills cereals etc ..so this should be the same.
