Great purchase!
I have two of those pans as well as the smaller The Rock skillet (for each house) and we LOVE them. They don't warp and are better than most non-stick pans.
We've been using mine for over a hear and there isn't a scratch on them. Just make sure not to use it on high heat and to "season" them occasionally<- yes, it's helpful to season nonstick pans!

I think Walmart has or had a set (large pan and smaller one) for about $40, maaaaybe $30 on sale.

I got excited because I definitely want to pick up some more of these pans. But it look like Walmart only carries Starfrit with the "The Rock" finish. While they look very similar and are produced the same way I don't find the quality to be nearly as good as the Heritage that they sell at CT.

Yes, there are Starfrit ones with a 'rock' finish, but I don't think they sell upwards of $100...this is the one I got...it had been priced at $109...pretty good deal for $20!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these pans! I got a small skillet 2 falls ago for $9.99 and put it in my random gift bin to be given away at some point - but I ended up gifting it to myself and hope to be doing the same next time I come across a good deal like yours!!

Very heavy and durable and makes the perfect fried egg with the crispy little edges.

The strips layed perfectly flat, cooked to a nice crisp golden colour with no icky ends that never seem to cook!! Jenny was slightly disappointed because she usually gets those ends....ah...I gave her a couple pieces with some left-over cream cheese pancakes I couldn't finish...

These are on sale this week at CT again!! 70% off. The 11" beautiful deep frying pan with glass lid is $34.99.....going to be an early birthday present for myself. I still love my smaller pan and always grab it before all my others...so I think it is time to purge out the old ones and give my new one a special home.

The 10pc set is $159.99 reg.$599.99 Great deal, wish I could afford it right now and turf all the rest.

They also have Old Dutch 6LT laundry detergent (100 loads) for $4.99 which seems like a good deal although I have never tried this soap, not sure the quality.
