Students (both foreign and domestic) over the age of 18 may enter this contest and win a Lenovo Laptop computer by writing a short essay in response to the following question, "What would the world be like if there were NO RULES?' Contest administrators write, "Pretend you woke up one day and there were no rules. People could suddenly do whatever they wanted... What would the world be like if there were no rules? Use your imagination!" but remember this is an essay contest and NOT a creative writing assignment. The judges expect thought-filled arguments related to how the world is ordered today and WHY we have the rules we have and what would happen if they were missing - find and cite precedents.
