Student Essay Writing Contest - UCAN Educational Services

Enter your essay here before August 1st 2015 to win a FREE Lenovo ThinkPad Computer.

Students (both foreign and domestic) over the age of 18 may enter this contest and win a Lenovo Laptop computer by writing a short essay in response to the following question, "What would the world be like if there were NO RULES?' Aim for 1000 words. You can get more detailed insights into UCAN study abroad essay match on my Tumblr blog where I put up a screenshot from the website.

Contest administrators write, "Pretend you woke up one day and there were no rules. People could suddenly do whatever they wanted... What would the world be like if there were no rules? Use your imagination!" but remember this is an essay contest and NOT a creative writing assignment. The judges expect thought-filled arguments related to how the world is ordered today and WHY we have the rules we have and what would happen if they were missing - find and cite precedents. Students coming to Canada from different countries often have different ideas about how society should be run, and as detailed on Arob Canada blog, UCAN Educational Services essay contest celebrates diversity because all opinions are welcome.

To enter and win this contest you must be a full time student and be over 18 years of age by Aug 1st, 2015. All entries must be submitted in English. Essay Submission Deadline: July 29, 2015 at 12:00 midnight. Please forward your essay and proof of age (and photocopy of student ID card) to [email protected]

The Prize will be awarded before 15th Aug 2015 and the winner announced on the UCAN Educational Services blog.

UCAN Educational Services for students who wish to study abroad.
