Sobeys (ON) has a 3 day offer (June 19, 20, 21): spend $150 on gift card, get 200 bonus Air Miles
The gift card can be used at Sobeys, FreshCo (most of mine will be spent here), Foodland, IGA and Thrifty Foods.
The Air Miles can be redeemed for groceries at Sobeys or Metro.
200 bonus Air Miles = value of $21.05
So, by spending $150.00 on a gift card, I now have $150.00 grocery gift card + $21.05 Air Miles value = $171.05 for future grocery purchases!
Just think what a SmartCanuck can do with an extra $21.05!
You can purchase more that one $150.00 gift card but you may want to do each in a separate transaction to ensure you receive the 200 bonus Air Miles for each one.

they had this offer a couple of weeks ago too
guess it was popular
it took a long time for the Air Miles to get to the account, so you may need to do a request in your Air Miles account if it does not appear in about 7 days
they say they have up to 90 day
we got the gift card that is good at Freshco and it's nice to use it on Freshco sales

I love this offer, I did it twice last time and still have the GC, but did it again this weekend as well. My Pc plus offers have been meh and I drive by freshco on my way home form work so for now this is my new go to grocery store.
Friends don't let real friends pay full price.

I got the gift card/AM offer last month, too, and the Air Miles showed up in less than a week.

I find Air Miles earned at Sobeys show up quickly but it takes a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time for the Air Miles from Metro to show up. I'm still waiting for several Metro bonus Air Miles transactions from early May to be added.
