I've been having some health issues lately that have required me to go on medication. The medicine has been having bad side effects though and today I was in a bad way. I went outside my house to try and get some air but nothing helped. As I was coming home, My neighbour's dog ran over to me. He is a large beautiful Golden Retriever and the friendliest dog ever. He didn't know me at first so he barked but once he recognized me, he ran over and started waging his tail and licking my hands. He was just the pick-me-up I needed today.

It's so very true, gryphon - and goldens are amazing!
Hoping the side effects pass, or you get used to them, or you get the meds switched if needed.
