Lowest dispensing fees at pharmacies

Hey guys,

I'm on a real tight budget and I don't have insurance to cover the cost of my birth control pills. I just want to know which pharmacy has the lowest dispensing fee? Ive been going to Safeway, but over the years the price I'd pay was different.

One time I paid $7 for 3 months worth , with out insurance other times I paid up to $57, with out insurance for the same amount.

Costco isn't an option for me because it's a bit out of my way to go there.
