^Mee tooo. MY couponing adventure HAS started because of those free razors! Couple of years ago, they used to hand them out like candy in our university!

Yeah, I used to come home from work with them from downtown Toronto promos, get them in brandsavers plus they had freebies all of the time.
I got some Schick ones recently from blog giveaways, but none for him and Intution doesn't really work for him shaving

For years I was getting sucked into the Gillette "latest and greatest" razors... paying $50 for 20 blades (on sale, or in bulk packs) -- and that's a GOOD price. I was getting the FREE Fusion razor with just about every P&G sampler that I got.
But then a friend turned me on to using an old-timey safety razor. You know... the kind with the gull wing top that you put double-edged razor blades into. (see photo)

The shave is awesom, to be quite honest. It's a slight burn the first couple of times, but I have sensitive skin. I'm so used to it now, however.
The razor cost me about $20, and the blades cost me $12 for 100 -- yea, just about a penny each.
No more paying $50 for 20 blades (at best).
