I believe there was an American and Canadian class action.

Were they lying about how they toned people's legs? I wondered about them when they first came out.

Yeah....basically that was the reason for the class action lawsuit.

i think i remember signing up for this one.. but never got the check as of yet.. i do own a pair of the shoes.. and liked them (i found they kept me moving vrs standing around... i also own a pair of the curved sandals that i still wear)
