Sobeys Pharmacy has a new program. You get free prenatals, and a gift bag with a few samples and some information. The samples were ok, but the prenatals are quite good with 1000 mg or whatever the measurement is of folic acid
Details
1. I don't know how widespread it is, it is in Albert for sure, but only in stores with a pharmacy.
2. They do not mail out, you must go into the pharmacy. They will do a quick consult with you before giving you the prenatals. The vitamins work like a prescription and you must pick up a new supply every month. They call you when it's time to get some more. You can do this for up to two years.
