    I made marinated mushrooms this morning. Its an old French Canadian recipe that ive been using for years. Very simple to make. If anyone wants the recipe, just ask. Will be glad to share.

    they look yummy! i bet they are good added to salad. i think you can marinate other veggies too like artichoke - i get the big club size jar from superstore frequently

    I dont know; we`ve never fried marinated mushrooms, but hey, whatever floats your boat.
