Estee Lauder 15 x ?

I have an offer for 20X wus $30 on Cosmetics and fragrances today. I keep reading about the 15 x estee lauder but they don't know about it in the store. I am just wondering where people have seen this promotion and will it work today with this offer or do I need to do it on Friday when I have 22,000 point wus $100 will it work then?
