The bonus 100 AM & $ 5.00 cpn is when you buy almost anything, so need not be just vitamins, could be other stuff too ..& you will still get 100 Bonus AM & $5.00 off.
100 Air Milles = $ 10.50 , Plus $ 5.00 printable cpn. Link for cpn. is below

So basically you can get $ 100 worth of Vitamins for only $ 34.50 .
Buy $ 100 of vitamins, will cost you only $ 50 ( as its B1G1 Free ) - $ 5.00 cpn - 100 AM ( $ 10.50 ) = $ 34.50

OK, I am just about out of vitamins and have been waiting for the Rexall BOGO sale. My question is, if I buy $100 worth vitamins, 50% off = $50 and I then use $5 coupon, my total will be $45 pre tax. Do I have to spend $50 pre tax and coupons to get the 100 Air miles?

I believe the bonus 100 AM are based on the sub-total, so probably $ 50 pre tax.
So I would grab a 4L bag of milk for $ 4 just to get the total to $ 50, if its a few bucks below $ 50 pre tax...or maybe bread ( if on sale ). They also have other 99 c or 88 c fillers like Chips, Apple juice, Bottled water 12, last page also has 99 c cleaning supplies like bleach, dish detergent etc.
Remember the $ 5 printable coupon and 100 Bonus AM are for buying just about anything, so need not be just vitamins.

Today I bought Vitamins .
My sub-total ( pre tax ) was only $ 54.
After tax it was around $ 61 ( 13 % HST )
I used the $ 5.00 cpn, it gets taken off after the tax so after $ 61 , so my total came down to $ 56 after the cpn. I still got the 100 bonus air miles.
if they had taken it ( $ 5.00 cpn ) off the $ 54 sub total , I might not have got the 100 bonus AM, as it would have been $ 49 . My receipt looks like below :
Sub- Total : $ 54
13 % HST : $ 6.xx
Cpn : - $ 5.00
Total : $ 56
Bonus AM : 100
Base AM : 3 , I think they give 1 base Am for every $ 15 at Rexall

yeah I found them to be 30 % - 40 % cheaper than Jamieson. So if Rexall has a Jamieson bottle for $ 30, the corresponding store brand will be $ 20 for the exact same quantity and strenght.
check the qty , expiry date and streghth ( 500 mg, 1000 mg ) etc for accurate comparision. Some bottles have 100 qty , some only 80 qty , some half the strength like 250 mg instead of 500 mg and so on.
