A family walk to help families rock!

Rock N’ Stroll is a fun-filled day in support of a rockin’ cause- healthy moms and babies at Mount Sinai Hospital.

When you arrive at Earl Bales, Mount Sinai will deck out your band (otherwise known as your family or team) in your rock n’ roll swag and get you rollin’ on a 3 km walk.

Once you finish the walk, get ready to PARTY all afternoon long! There will be live music, food, a kids’ play zone and tons of activities that will rock your whole family’s socks off!

Here is what's planned:

9 a.m – Registration opens
10 a.m. – Walk kick off (approximately 3 km route)
11:15 a.m. – 2 p.m. – Musical performances, BBQ and activities
