Any opinions / recommendations on the best Air Miles credit card available? Saw this review at GreedyRates and not sure if I should go with BMO's new no-fee 800 Air Mile offer (but spend requirement seems high) or Amex's offer for 2,000 Air Miles with no fee in the first year (only needs $500 spend in 3 months).

Amex is the best I have the platinum and use it whenever possible. I have the bmo "gold" and it used to be great cause you got 25% off flights anywhere, but they changed that to just Canada and the US.
Between those two cards Amex has been far more generous with bonus offers and just giving miles for being a customer. BMO on the other hand has been giving nothing away and no bonus offers.
I use the bmo when they don't accept amex.

Agree Amex 2,000 Air Miles sign-up bonus is best, because it has no fee in the first year. But seems like BMO is making a nice push with its new AIR MILES sign-up bonuses. 800 Air Miles for the no fee card, 800 Air Miles for the no fee World Wildlife Fund card, 400 Air Miles for the no fee Sobeys card and 3,000 Air Miles for the world elite card (no fee waiver though) seem pretty agressive no? Can you get each of those no fee cards with BMO and end up with 2,000 Air Miles?

AMEX Air Miles Platinum, 2000 AM, FYF, definitely the best offer

Also, you can link a few cards into the same Air Miles account
