If you have a big box centre in a major city in Quebec, chances are there's a Blinds To Go store you can visit.

Some paint stores that also offer blinds from a specific manufacturer could also be worth exploring.

I bought the 2 inch faux wood white blinds from Wal-Mart and then had the machine-shop at work cut them to length for me. Was far cheaper than Home Depot and Kent here in Halifax.

I've used Blinds to Go to buy blinds for a really unusual window size, and was pleased with the selection and the prices.
