It was a waste of my time to visit your store at 1255 McCowan Rd., Scarborough, today,Sept.23.I happened to be in the area and this was the last day for this flyer . I thought I would pick up a dozen soups for our Church's Food Bank project.
Cost advertised was $ .44 per can for Campbell's Soups( Mushroom, Tomato, etc.) .. The clerk and I checked their flyer and it was different from the one delivered to our home and to the one listed on line.( No soup mentioned).
    Anyone else had this problem?
Normally I like Freshco stores but I will go to my regular store in Pickering after this.

The first page of the Freshco flyer that was posted on the site had a disclaimer that the deals on that page were only available in select stores and had the list down at the bottom(all GTA locations from what I remember). I don't know if soup was on it, but I remember seeing it in the flyer I got(non GTA) but don't remember the price.

That's weird. I don't usually shop there, just price match elsewhere. But you'd think the home flyer and the store flyer would at least have the same sales.

Wow so if you have a flyer in hand with the "correct applicable dates", they still won't honour it?

Toronto vs Durham, unfortunately sometimes different flyers. It's frustrating.

If this is for a donation the store manager might honour the other location's ad or donate some cans at no cost?

If anything is restricted to certain stores, the page it is on would have something like this at the bottom of the page:Name: freshco.JPG

Scarborough store on McCowan doesn't have the soup sale on their on-line flyer. http://flyers.freshco.com/h/m/freshc...cale=en&type=1

This happened to me once at the same location when they had Ritz advertised for $0.99 but not in their store flyer. So I just PM'd from my phone and the cashier said they were doing that all day because of the deal. My flyer app is still using my old Pickering postal code because I find I get more stores on it but I usually shop at the Midland/Lawrence location which usually does differ from Pickering.

It happened to me once, when it was formerly Price Chopper. The flyer in one store had the Delissio Pizza advertised for $ 3.99 and the other store 15 mins away had it for $ 4.99 ..everything else was identical except for this, which was weird. But these were on the border of 2 suburbs, so I can understand.

but usually its not the mainstream products , its the ethnic products like Indian, Chinese etc which are different priced in the flyer, but they usually have a disclaimer on the last page saying specials on this page available only at so and so locations, usually only 10-15 locations out of say 100 locations

Sorry to hear about your disappointment, especially since your shopping served a good cause.
Unfortunately this is quite common - different areas different prices. I noticed in Parry Sound's NF flyer that total sections had been simply omitted (Chinese Moon Fest food and another religious group's food). The on-line version could also differ vastly to the local printed version. Hope this helps in future
    shopping trips.
