ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is only open to residents of Canada, not including Quebec.
Eligible entrants under the age of 18 must disclose the name and address of at least one adult representative who has agreed to assume responsibility for the under-age-18 entrant.

SELECTING THE WINNERS
Four (4) winners will be selected by random draw.
Winners must answer a skill-testing question in order to receive their prize.


PRIZES
The first selected winner will be awarded a Fitbit Zip. The prize is valued at CAD 69.99.
The second selected winner will be awarded an Adrenalease Posture Performance shirt in the colour and size of their choice (subject to availability). The prize is valued at CAD 89.99.
The third selected winner will be awarded a Qtemp miniature weather station. The prize is valued at CAD 35.00.
The fourth selected winner will be awarded an iamsick.ca prize pack that includes t-shirt, mug, pen, sticker & surprise. The prize is valued at $55.00.


SCHEDULE
Sweepstakes open at 12:30 AM EDT on October 5, 2015 and close on November 8, 2015 at 11:59 PM EDT.
Winners will be selected on November 9, 2015 and contacted within 7-10 business days.

Full name and e-mail address are required for entry. Personal entrant information will not be shared or used in any way except for contacting the winners. By submitting their e-mail, entrants acknowledge that they will receive e-mail confirmation of their entry into the giveaway.
