Absolutely: hubby and I get our flu shots (today), screening mammogram (October, every second year)...other than that, not much into going anywhere to see or do anything. It was different when the kids were young, but these days....meh. Just planning for Christmas...

There isn't a whole lot that we do together this time of year since it is DH's busy on-call season. A lot of 'no-heat' calls starting to roll in already and we don't even have snow yet. Once it hits -15 and below, the 2am-3am calls start coming... I really hate those ones since they wake me up too.

there are no actual plans but once these crisp temps arrive and the colourful scenery is everywhere it does encourage me to get out more. Sadly it also tempts me to start cooking COMFORT food! argh!! Cold salads just don't seem as appealing now.

To be honest, once Halloween is over we start getting into the Christmas spirit around here! I've been baking up a storm lately, must be the cooler temps...

We love going for drives in the country to see the leaves changing. Once that is over it's hibernation time.
