I got 6 Charmin Basic tp 8 dbl. rolls for $1.49 ea.-.50 coupon (printable Smartsource listed under Bounty/Charmin)=$1.00 + tax. I also saw the Hunt's pasta sauce for $1.49-.50 from zweet=.99 I'm sure there were other good $1.49 day deals; but we were rushing as my daughter had to go to work. Regular sale flyer, got 1 bag Melitta whole bean Columbian coffee 907g. was 9.99-2.00 tear pad coupon=7.99, I really like this coffee, there were other flavours and there is another tear pad coupon, buy 2 get 4.50 off. I'm really liking QF My Deals, sales, coupon friendly staff. Thrifty Foods used to be my fav store, but prices have, sadly, soared since they were bought out a few years ago, plus my store is not coupon friendly/savvy at all.

Hi, I have 3 Quality Foods stores in Nanaimo. Unfortunately, except for the Powell River store, this great company only has 12 stores in cities on Vancouver Island.
