Question about Price Matching at walmart

So starting tomorrow, London drugs has listerine on sale 2/$9. I want to price match at Walmart, here at my questions:

*will they allow me to PM using an online flyer that I show them on my phone?
*healthyessentials has $1 off listerine. If I print 2, can I use one on each bottle for a total of 2/$7?
